Is the price per teammate?
No. The proposed launch plan is $29 USD per workspace per month, including 5 teammates. It is a launch hypothesis; the available price and subscription terms are shown in your workspace before you subscribe.
What do I need to use email?
Email needs a configured receiving address, forwarding from your existing support address, and a verified sender. Sending and receiving are activated separately. FlexHello does not synchronize your existing mailbox through IMAP or SMTP.
Is AI included?
The launch experience is human-led: your team writes the replies. AI is not included or enabled in this plan. Any future AI option would need explicit activation and separate usage terms.
Are there unlimited conversations or storage?
We are not promising unlimited use. Conversation allowances, attachment storage, and any larger-team terms need to be finalized before paid activation. We will show the applicable terms before you subscribe.
How do I manage billing?
Available subscriptions use Stripe through your workspace billing settings. A deployment must have a configured Stripe price and verified webhook before paid checkout is available. Creating a workspace does not itself start a paid subscription.
Can I see what setup involves?
Yes. The getting-started guide walks through branding, installing the messenger, configuring email forwarding, and inviting your team. No automatic migration of your old help desk is implied.
